IPPB Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
- Primary Selection: Based on Interview.
- Additional Rounds: May include Group Discussion (GD) or Online Test.
- Eligibility: Does not guarantee selection for further stages.
- Shortlisting Criteria: Based on qualifications, experience, and job requirements.

Tenure of Appointment:

Service Agreement Bond (for regular officers):
- Selected candidates in SMGS (Scale-III) must serve the bank for at least 36 months.
- If the candidate fails to serve the full term, it will be considered a breach of bond.
- Candidates must execute a bond of ₹2,00,000 (plus applicable GST) at the time of joining.
