- The beneficiary’s family must be a resident of Uttar Pradesh and have a valid permanent residence proof. Acceptable documents include a ration card, Aadhaar card, voter ID, or electricity/telephone bill.
- The family’s annual income must not exceed ₹3.00 lakh.
- A maximum of two daughters per family can benefit from the scheme.
- The family should have no more than two children.
