Subhadra Yojana 3rd Installment Date – The Subhadra Yojana is a women-centric welfare scheme launched by the Government of Odisha on September 17, 2024. The scheme aims to empower women aged between 21 and 60 years by providing direct financial assistance. Each eligible woman is to receive ₹50,000 over a five-year period (2024–2029), disbursed in two annual installments of ₹5,000 each. These installments are traditionally distributed on Raksha Bandhan and International Women’s Day.

On March 8, 2025, International Women’s Day, Odisha’s Chief Minister, Mohan Charan Majhi, disbursed the second installment of the Subhadra Yojana. This initiative aims to empower women aged 21 to 60 from economically weaker sections by providing direct financial assistance. The second installment amounted to ₹5,000 crore, benefiting over 1.18 crore women across the state. Each eligible beneficiary received ₹5,000, credited directly to their bank accounts.

The latest update states that those who have not yet applied / did not get 5000 rs (1st installment) for Subhadra Yojana will receive 2 installment (₹10,000) in one go. To avail of this benefit, you need to apply before March 31, 2025.

Subhadra Yojana 3rd Installment Date

In 2025, however, the Odisha government has announced that beneficiaries will receive 3 installments. The first installment was disbursed on till March 06, 2025 by 5 phase wise. The second installment was disbursed on March 8, 2025, in celebration of International Women’s Day.

The third installment is planned for August 9, 2025, coinciding with Raksha Bandhan. So Subhadra Yojana 3rd Installment Date is August 9, 2025.
